Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), if you are a consumer (a natural person buying outside a business purpose) resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.
Write to us at info@stebi.me, stating your account e-mail address and the start date of the subscription. We refund by the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal.
If you expressly agreed that the service should begin immediately (before the 14-day period ends) and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully supplied, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply under the EU exemptions for digital content and services.
Regardless of the 14-day withdrawal right, you can cancel a subscription at any time in account settings — this stops automatic renewal from the next billing period, but gives no refund for a period already started where the withdrawal right no longer applies.
